1. Service-Based Orders (Web Development, Design, Custom Solutions)

  • Before Project Commencement: You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of payment and before work begins for a full or partial refund (excluding consultation/processing fees).

  • After Work Commencement: Once we begin work on your project, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues within the project scope.

2. Digital Product Purchases

  • Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, cancellations are not permitted once a digital product is delivered or downloaded.

  • Please review product details thoroughly before purchasing.

3. Subscription Plans (if applicable)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle, but no refund is issued for the current billing period.
