Refund Policy

At RamSoft Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality digital products and services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and customized services, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Digital Products

  • No Refunds: All digital product sales are final. Once a product is purchased and delivered/downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Defective or Corrupt Files: If a digital file is defective or corrupt upon download, we will provide a working replacement file at no extra cost.

2. Custom Web Development & Services

  • Partial Refunds (Before Work Starts): If you cancel a custom project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to admin and consultation fees).

  • No Refunds (After Work Starts): Once project work has commenced or milestones have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Modifications & Support: We offer revision support as per the agreed scope. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to improve the output within reasonable limits.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Auto-Renewals: You are responsible for managing your subscription and renewals. We do not offer refunds for forgetting to cancel.

4. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund (where applicable):

  • You must submit a written request within 3 days of purchase.

  • You must clearly explain the reason for dissatisfaction or technical error.

  • Refunds will not be granted based on change of mind or misunderstanding of the product/service.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us with your order number, payment proof, and reason for the refund request. We’ll respond within 2–5 business days.
